Thank you for choosing Twenty Shades Studio. Every custom wig is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Times

• Custom Wigs: 10–25 business days
• Ready-to-Wear Wigs: 1-4 business days
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Priority Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Twenty Shades Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Twenty Shades Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit. If an issue arises, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number to file a claim.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
